MCR Organizing Solutions was created by Monica Reccoppa in 2005 with the goal to be instrumental and inspirational to individuals and businesses by focusing on the rewards of being organized and helping them to achieve greater peace of mind through simple and effective organizing techniques for their finances, time management, and productivity.

Planning, organization and time management have been the cornerstones of Monica's success with her career and her personal life. From her nine years with the US Trust Company of New York, the Bank of New York, and JPMorganChase & Co. to the managing of the financial records of her household to her wedding to her academic and athletic careers, Monica is focused and disciplined with simplicity of purpose.
Recognizing the significance and rewards of her planning, organization and time management skills, Monica saw the natural progression to share and teach others the very skills that have been instrumental to her success.
Monica is a Personal Financial Organizer, Professional Organizer, Virtual Assistant and Productivity Consultant. She is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and a Charter Member of the Northern NJ NAPO chapter.
During her nine years of corporate experience Monica managed both private and institutional client accounts ranging in asset values from $2 million to over $100 million while exhibiting excellence in client service and managerial organization.
The foundation for her corporate success was established during her years balancing both academic and athletic excellence. Monica earned a B.A. in Economics from Brown University while competing in Division One collegiate tennis competition. Prior to Brown University, she graduated from high school with a Regents Diploma and completed 7 (out of a possible 8) Advanced Placement courses while she achieved a personal best 54 National Junior Ranking in the United States Tennis Association's Girls' 18 and Under division and maintained a top 10 Eastern Tennis Association ranking for 6 consecutive years.
